Executive Coaching
GeoStrategy’s Executive Coaching is focused on professional development to prepare today’s leaders for tomorrow’s challenges. Seasoned and certified professional coaches help executives identify root issues and develop plans of action for powerful results. Progress reports help the coach and executive explore skills, knowledge and behavioral, multiple competency areas.
Sessions of 60 – 90 minutes are conducted in person (or occasionally via phone) and meeting frequency is determined by the Client and Coach, with greater frequency during the early stages.
Conversations are informed by the use of assessment instruments or tools such as:
Leadership Skills Profile and Assessment – A rapid diagnostic and online assessment tool that identifies individual areas of strength and weakness. This self-assessment report provides a summary ranked top to bottom across a series of attributes along with a benchmark comparison to industry leaders.
Multi Rater 360 Instrument – This customized, online tool provides an opportunity for structured and candid input from peers, supervisors, customers and employees and provides an executive summary with action steps to help leaders refine their development and growth plan.
Individual Growth and Development Plan – Using GeoStrategy’s proven Action Steps, the individual commits in writing to a holistic plan that includes both professional and personal goals and success measures.
