GeoStrategy’s coaching model embraces a similar philosophy and includes a robust coaching methodology and ground rules for engagement. Our coaches leverage multiple instruments, such as self-assessments and multi-rater instruments, to work with individuals on their development and growth plan. Typically, each person is assigned a coach for 6–12 months. Coach/Client chemistry is important so we match leaders and coaches after careful consideration to optimize the experience.
