G. Michael Cronk
Chairman, Senior Advisor
Mr. Cronk is the Chairman and Senior Advisor for GeoStrategy Consulting. He most recently was an Executive Vice President for Food and Support Services for ARAMARK Corporation, a diversified management services company. During his tenure at ARAMARK, he held senior level executive positions including President Business Services and President International Global Services. Mr. Cronk is currently a Principal in Natoma Group, a diversified financial holding company. In addition, he is an active board member for the following entities: United Financial Holdings Incorporated, Lisle Illinois; Enodis PLC, London England; AIM Services, Tokyo Japan; and ARAKOR, Seoul Korea. Previous board positions have included Chemical Leman Corporation, USA; Central de Restaurantes, Chile; and ARAMARK, Germany.
James W. Summers
Senior Advisor, Finance and Strategic Planning
Mr. Summers is a Senior Advisor for GeoStrategy Consulting. He most recently was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Food and Support Services Group of ARAMARK Corporation. Mr. Summers is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Susquehanna University, where he serves as Chairman of the Development and Public Relations Committee. He is also a member of the Alumni Advisory Group at the University's Sigmund Weis School of Business. He is past member of the Board of Directors of the Arts & Business Council of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation.
