Bruce Dalbeck
Mr. Dalbeck brings a decade of management consulting experience, concentrating in the areas of strategy, operations, and financial analysis. He has extensive experience in developing business strategies, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting the mergers and acquisition process. Mr. Dalbeck has consulted to a variety of firms across a number of industries including utilities, energy and chemicals, financial services, and high-tech. He has also worked in the public sector and for an economic forecasting and consulting firm. Mr. Dalbeck has an M.S. in Policy Analysis from the Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in economics from Colby College.

Thomas Lucas
Mr. Lucas brings over 20 years of management consulting experience concentrated in the areas of strategy, operations improvement, IT strategy, and enterprise transformation; his specialty is leading large scale, complex change initiatives. Having led over 50 major client engagements in his career, he has developed expertise in a variety of industries including: utilities, financial services, manufacturing, and hospitality. Mr. Lucas has an MBA from the Smeal School of Business, The Pennsylvania State University.

Laura Banmiller
Ms. Banmiller contributes more than 10 years of technology consulting, management and operations experience. She specializes in analyzing the technology implications related to business initiatives and implementing innovative and cost-effective strategies to complement business objectives. Her experiences include integrating technologies and organizations during rapid acquisition growth and effectively managing resource-constrained IT organizations. Ms. Banmiller has expierence across a variety of industries, including healthcare and technology. Prior to joining GeoStrategy, Ms. Banmiller was the acting CIO for VerticalNet. She has a BS in Mathematics from Fairfield University.

Byron Hannon
Mr. Hannon has over 20 years of experience delivering human resource programs and processes to advance corporate business unit missions. In his most recent role, he led efforts in employee acquisition, retention and development as VP, Human Resources at Intracorp, a division of CIGNA Healthcare. Prior to that, Mr. Hannon was in operations and human resource roles at Cigna Group Insurance where he guided organizational and management development, employee relations, communications, training and compensation. Mr. Hannon is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and a number of other civic organizations in Philadelphia.

Mal Watlington
Mr. Watlington brings a over a decade of management consulting experience, coupled with 30 years as a line and staff executive, primarily in the areas of human capital management, organization development and large-scale strategic change. He has developed and managed succession planning processes, led processes for the identification and development of high potential managers and has run executive development programs at a leading business school. He was a Principal at CSC Index, and Associate Partner at Accenture. Mr. Watlington has a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Tina Towers
Ms. Towers has over 25 years of executive human resource generalist experience. Her areas of expertise include international HR consulting, training and organizational development, training facilitation, performance management, change management and communications, long and short term incentive development, executive coaching, behavioral interview development, conducting employee focus groups, succession planning and strategic staffing. Ms. Towers has an MBA from the University of Illinois, teaches graduate and undergraduate courses for several universities and is bi-lingual in Spanish.

Louise Mallette
Ms. Mallette has more than 25 years of experience designing and delivering human resources programs and strategies as a business partner, director, consultant, and coach. Her experience encompasses work with Fortune 500 companies as well as not-for-profit, biotechnology, healthcare, and government. She focuses on communications, strategic planning, leadership, team, and organizational assessment and development as well as managing the transition inherent in the process to facilitate high-impact change. She is on the Boards of the Human Resources Leadership Forum and the Laboratory Safety Institute. Ms. Mallette has a B.A. from Skidmore College and is a Certified Coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.

Pam Carroll
Ms. Carroll is a Senior Executive Business Consultant with GeoStrategy Consulting. With over twenty years of management experience concentrated in the areas of process and organization transformation, change management, strategy development, and metric development and reporting; her specialty is leading large-scale, complex change initiatives. As a senior level operations executive working within a major corporation, Ms. Carroll improved earnings and service performance by reengineering processes and organization design, and realigning cost structure. She has provided leadership, communication and metrics for large, dispersed organizations and has a proven track record of building effective strategic alliances.

Missie Nordrum
Ms. Nordrum has over 35 years of leadership, administration, teaching and counseling experience. Ms. Nordrum has facilitated major restructuring initiatives that have positioned organizations to maximize performance. Areas of expertise include professional development, leadership coaching and process facilitation. Ms. Nordrum earned a BA in Mathematics and Psychology from Albion College, a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Michigan, and a Masters in Educational Administration from Michigan State University.

Brad Power
Brad Power is an experienced consultant in strategy and operations, with over 25 years of consulting experience, including 17 years at CSC Index, the consulting firm which pioneered business reengineering. He specializes in quickly aligning executive teams on visions and plans which bridge between strategy and process management. He has extensive international experience working across country and cultural boundaries, including projects in 19 countries. He has led numerous process improvement projects and two multi-client research programs focused on process innovation. He is currently the Executive Director of the Process Management Research Center at Babson College. He holds an MBA from UCLA and a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University.
